As a Voyago-er it can be a pain dealing with fraud and bumps in the road. Voyago launched a shipping company with an unprecedented amount of risk. Anyone has the ability to create a lot of headaches when shipping using an app and people who don't officially work for a company. This is where trust comes into play. But with trust comes timing and years of vetting. Ensuring someone who is a friend of mine on social media is actually who they say they are. Very very hard to do. Even Facebook has gone through major steps to prove that people are really friends of users. Voyago is required to do this as well. Which is the heart of user reviews, thorough delivery user checks and also using the features in our app.

When a Voyago-er makes a delivery for someone they are taking on loads of responsibility. We don't encourage everyone to deliver packages. To be honest there's a lot of risk. Many people don't have what it takes to be a courier. You may work long hours, deal with inclement weather, and may even have to work when your not feeling well.

Being a Voyago-er means your also serving the customer. We see the customer as king. Which some people may not esteem clients as gold. We do! Dealing with the public is challenging. They may be upset that day, fighting with their spouse, dealing with a major loss in life, or any other negative event that could influence their dealings with you. This is not excuse to "fight fire with fire". As a Voyago-er you need to take the high road and keep a smile on your face. Remember their paying for you. Which means a lot since they can take their business... and yes money to another delivery service.

To keep customers happy and your ratings tip top is making sure they actually get their package. This is a very very important area of Voyago. If people don't get what they ordered then our whole system is in-effective. One major key to successful delivery of parcels is taking a picture when you drop-off a package. Our in-built camera makes it easy for social sharing. Take a picture of the address and where the package was kept to share with the sender. This visual evidence serves 2 primary functions. One it shows the customer where to find their stuff in case it's not in a clearly placed area. Secondly, in case of a dispute you can cover your butt with a trail of proof.
We also need to mention that Voyago-ers don't get paid for undelivered parcels. So, its best for everyone's sakes that customers get what they sent. Safely, securely, and fast!
