Why Fight?

Running a start-up can have it's ups and downs. The challenges of dealing with finances, technology, customer satisfaction, growth, and many other critical issues are present when a new company is being formed. An element that needs to be completely removed is Inner fighting. These ills are always present when people interact. Conflicts in a team can be a big obstacle when reaching our business goals.


Challenges in personality can make or break a start-up. Voyago is no different. Our team, although small has been able to avoid such conflicts since our co-founders have a personality mesh. A personality mesh is something we view as many aspects within our founders characters that gel with each other. It's like being able to finish a sentence for someone. Personality mesh's are critical since many facets of our character needs to be cordial for complex business endeavors need to mature.

Starting a new venture is almost impossible. There are too many areas that need to coincide before clients bite on. That's the hard part. Selling something to people needs to be utterly embraced by the people creating it. There are countless times when great ideas, products, etc... never see the light because people cannot get along. We see this everyday in politics. The lunacy of war and innocent lives lost due to power struggles. Things we typically see in elementary school playgrounds. Start-ups are no different, granted on a much smaller level.

Before beginning down the road of starting a new company or business make sure everyone believes in the vision not fighting the vision. They need to all be "down with the cause!" We wonder how religious cults can capture the hearts and minds of their followers? It's because a charasmatic leader or priest, or some head figure has been able to "sell" that vision to a better life. They are so effective that people are willing to die trying to defend it.
